Disconnect

My computer broke down on Boxing Day. Yesterday, a shiny silver MacBook arrived in my mail. For three weeks, I was sans computer. In some ways, it doesn't seem like a long time. In my world it felt like an eternity.

As city hall stories broke, I was forced to read on an ipod because my backup computer would crash if you did anything (like open more than one window).

My ipod has been full of Christmas music, making my gym workout especially festive.

It's not the end of the world, but I gotta tell you, I'm really happy to have a working computer back in my life.
